All About Bukonero

Oscar and Tracy Pasinato, the husband-and-wife duo behind popular Italian restaurant Buko Nero in Singapore. They have single-handedly run their 20-seat restaurant since 2000. Oscar comes from Veneto, North-east of Italy, and is known for seamlessly infusing Asian influences into his native Italian cuisine. Tracy trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London in pastry and hot cuisine.
Chef Oscar approach to food can be described as “keeping it as simple as possible” reflecting the influence of the two most important women in his life; his mamma and his Singaporean wife.
